The Medina Lake Volunteer Fire Department and its members Association have embarked upon a Capital Improvement Fundraising campaign. Over the coming months, the MLVFD will be seeking donations through grants and (most importantly!) contributions by supporters and residents. Keep in mind that the MLVFD performs all of its operations through a 100% volunteer membership. There are no paid positions within the MLVFD organization but they are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The firefighters and EMT’s help our community by responding to all types of fires, motor vehicle collisions/extrication, rescues, and medical first responder emergencies with medical equipment and fire apparatus that are funded and maintained by donations from generous citizens and supporters like you!
